Change of mind
For ordinary goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item is received. Notify us through the online cancellation form, email or another clear statement before the period ends. The model form is optional.
Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return, provided this was disclosed before purchase. Return goods to LARKCROSS GLOBAL LTD, Office 15879, Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom. Include your order reference to help us identify your return. You do not need our permission to exercise your statutory right to cancel.
Your refund
We refund the goods and the least expensive standard outward delivery offered, using the original payment method without a refund fee. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Extra delivery upgrades are not refundable. We may deduct only diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and necessary return costs. Change-of-mind postage rules do not apply to a valid faulty-goods claim. Your statutory rights are unaffected by any commercial warranty or voluntary returns policy.
